I didn’t love this film but if the story is true it’s incredibly interesting. I was fascinated by the true story the whole time and I can see why it got adapted into a film, I also think Taron Egerton is a great actor, I loved him in kingsman and rocket man and he was pretty good in this. Again the story was insane and very interesting that all of that happened over the licensing rights to Tetris, though it was hard to believe at times, I don’t remember the history lesson in secondary school where we learnt that Tetris caused the collapse of the Soviet Union.  I did some research (watched a YouTube video) into the subject and it turns out the film is mostly true, it’s just some of the stuff in Russia with the KGB that was massively dramatised/ made up to make the film more interesting which makes sense considering without it all you have is a film about licensing rights and contracts, but personally I think that stuff was the most interesting part and the stuff in Russia felt a bit too much. For example the character of Sasha was boring and uninteresting and she wasn’t even a real person. The actual story on its own is very interesting and it was fun to learn about but I didn’t actually enjoy watching the film itself.  6.6/10
