Was sitting at home doing nothing and saw this was playing at the cinema so head down to watch it. Was really nice to see it on the big screen.  It obviously has a lot of issues, it’s a bit dated but impressive for its time, way too long, I don’t think it really needed to be that long, probably one of the dumbest endings of all time that I probably don’t even need to talk about as I don’t remember ever seeing this film but I knew it was coming, the reasons why it’s the dumbest ending of all time are very obvious.  I liked the acting and it was actually quite a funny film, but honestly what elevated it most for me was the music, the soundtrack was incredible, so iconic, hearing it in the cinema was probably my favourite thing about seeing it and I don’t think the film would have been anywhere near as good without it. John Williams is a legend.  Was fun, stand by the fact it’s definitely way too long and I did find my self towards the end checking my phone and wondering when the hell it was going to end, but I’m glad I saw it as it was an enjoyable experience overall. Also most superhero films probably wouldn’t exist without this film.  Next I need to watch the Michael Keaton Batman films.  7.6/10
