This was a fun film to watch at the cinema, though I did think the plot was a bit ridiculous.  They made a film about a guy who robbed a couple McDonald’s escaped jail and then hid in toys r us for a couple months before going back to jail.  He’s not the best person, but they make you like him coz he’s friendly. When his ex wife told him to go away we don’t want you anymore, I thought he was gonna do an ant man and try win back his family, but he just fucked off and found a new family he liked more and we never heard from his daughter again. This was kinda weird.  The romance though uncomfortable as hell because of how socially awkward this guys is, was pretty sweet, but the whole film it’s painfully obvious he’s gonna get found out by her and thrown back in jail, it just makes the whole thing feel really uncomfortable.  Weird uncomfortable film where you can’t work out of you like the protagonist the whole time and if you want him to go to jail or not. And at the end they had a whole scene where he was like jail is my home now, then it cuts to what happened in real life and revealed he did actually try to escape 2 more times.  Really unsure how I feel about this.  6.7/10
