For a show like this I don’t really want another season, I feel like making follow up films was the perfect move and all shows should do something like psych did. Great way to give us a reunion of all the characters but not give us an unwanted extra season after a pretty great ending.
Villains were ok as they brought back the whole ying yang thing, but having Zachary Levi (Chuck pretending to be British) pre Shazam as the main villain I think would have been a lot cooler, I’d rather have had him or the original yang.
Basically it was a great idea to make a film, but as far as the film goes, it was as good as a regular psych episode, which obviously is great, but there’s also 129 just like it, and they’re all a lot shorter, this is mainly just for the fans, which is what they should do and I am very happy they did it.
Only watched it again because the second one is officially out now and I’m glad they made that one also.
The wedding was great, missing Lassie though and maybe Detective McNab, I get the whole romantic, let’s do this right now, but would have loved to see an actual wedding with the whole cast.
