Achieving viral success after being snuck into the Sundance Film Festival, this short film features the powerful story of a young high school boy seeking revenge against the teacher that sexually assaulted him. Inspired by a series of real rapes.

I watched this right after watching first man. This was way more interesting than a film about someone actually going to the moon.
I think I now have a new most anticipated film of the year. Blackberry, directed by Matt Johnson and starring Glenn Howerton. Sorry Barbie maybe if Glen was playing Ken.
A documentary about them faking the moon landing. A film about government conspiracies and friendship. Loved it. A lot of it was really dumb, no way they’d be able to film and there’s loads of historical inaccuracies, but it was such a fun film and I really enjoyed it. I do think the main characters were a little annoying, maybe after seeing Matt Johnson play a school shooter in the dirties I can’t view him in the same way, but just shows how good of an actor he is.
Was watching first man and got a little bored and in the middle of it remembered this film existed and I never finished it, so watched it straight after. The film gets funny and pretty dark and is just a really cool idea, the moon landing being fake is my favourite conspiracy theory so seeing a fake documentary about two people trying to pull it off was a lot of fun. I’d love to see something tonally similar to this but as a regular feature film not in mockumentary style, like first man but the moon landing was actually fake.
7.9/10
My 50th film of the year and it’s only February 8th.
