When this film ended I was filled with many emotions. I had gone to see it at the cinema with my friend. We both looked at each other smiling, and we then stood up and began to give the film a standing ovation.
That is a joke but it’s also a true story.
Pros: Matt smith (not the character just the acting)
Cons: literally everything else
Genuinely, and I don’t say this lightly, one of the worst films I’ve ever seen. Definitely the worst marvel film. This made venom look like a masterpiece. Genuinley it’s impressive that they managed to make a film worse than fantastic 4.
This was so bad it didn’t feel like a real film. I had no reason to care about any of the characters, or the story. The shots were weird and uncomfortable and the dialogue was shitty and cringy.
I expected this to be average, but it wasn’t, it was terrible. It felt like a YouTube montage, I feel like even I could make a better super hero film than this. Impressively awful.
The after credits were cool but I still don’t think they made any sense.
It was so bad it made me laugh in a couple times, but not enough for it to be entertaining in anyway, it was too mind numbingly boring for it to even be so bad it’s good.
Me and my friend stood up and the end and gave it a standing ovation which was pretty funny, but the film was truly terrible. Will probably go see it again tho (but definitely not sober)
0.7/10
Just like to add Matt smith is a legend. My favourite doctor and an amazing actor. We need him as a films protagonist asap. Maybe if he was morbius and Leto was Milo this film would have been watchable.
