Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning 2023

So I agreed a bit ago to go see a film at the cinema with my grandparents and exactly one week ago my grandad picked the film we’d be seeing as the new mission impossible. I’d never seen a mission impossible film before and I refuse to see a franchise film at the cinema unless I’ve seen all its previous films, so I had exactly one week to watch every mission impossible film. But being a master procrastinator I put off this task till yesterday, giving myself exactly 24 hours to watch all 7 mission impossible films before meeting my nan and grandad the next day.  I completed this impossible mission and I have now seen every mission impossible film. Considering I don’t like action movies I found them to be highly enjoyable, I could watch Tom Cruise jump out of planes and ride motorbikes all day (and I did in fact watch it all day, without a break).  Considering the franchise has gone on so long it’s impressive that it doesn’t have any bad additions, each film was as good as the last and they surprisingly got better as it went on, with fallout being my favourite in the end (because Henry Cavill). Also considering Tom Cruise is 62 and still doing this shit, it’s quite impressive.  This is a part one and I am actually excited now for the next part and to see what crazy stunts Tom does for this film. I really am not a fan of action movies at all but I can add mission impossible alongside super hero films to the list of exceptions.  Also Simon Pegg is the best character. Also watching all the films back to back has driven me a little insane and now I feel like I can jump out of a plane and land on a train.  7.5/10 My grandad just told me he and my nan also haven’t watched all the mission impossible films so it may have been slightly easier to just suggest a different film
