When the local FBI office receives a letter from a terrorist known only as 'The Citizen', it's quickly determined that he's planning his next act at the Miss America beauty pageant. Because tough-as-nails Gracie Hart is the only female agent at the office, she's chosen to go undercover as the contestant from New Jersey.

Once my friend pointed out how much Sandra Bullock looked like Michael Jackson I couldn’t unsee it for the rest of the film.
My favourite part was when she didn’t have a talent so she went on stage and started singing “beat it”.
Very fun, early 2000s film. Really liked the Long Island girl. Was a bit generic at times but in a fun enjoyable way.
Don’t really like that it’s about a beauty pageant but it was a fun premise and I liked Sandra Bullock’s character by the end.
