Meet Cute 2022

Weird how I won’t watch bodies bodies bodies because it’s got Pete Davidson in it but I watched this film just because it’s got Pete Davidson in it.  This film was quite bad, the core concept was quite interesting, it’s about a girl who can time travel and repeats the same day over and over again where she goes on the perfect date. I found her emotional journey to be quite well done and it was slightly entertaining, but the acting and dialogue completely ruined it. Kaley cuoco was way over the top and her character was kinda unlikable and hard to route for. She just seemed crazy. I like kaley cuoco, I don’t like the Big Bang theory but I have watched all of it more than once and I did name my dog penny after her character so yeah she’s cool, she’s also quite good in the Harley Quinn show, but not too good in this as the leading role. Pete Davidson wasn’t even that bad. He may be a decent actor.  Yeah overall not a good film, felt very simple and very weird (in a bad way), the main character is just odd.  4.5/10
