Love, Rosie 2014

Directed by Christian Ditter102 minRomance · Drama · Comedy

Since the moment they met at age 5, Rosie and Alex have been best friends, facing the highs and lows of growing up side by side. A fleeting shared moment, one missed opportunity, and the decisions that follow send their lives in completely different directions. As each navigates the complexities of life, love, and everything in between, they always find their way back to each other - but is it just friendship, or something more?

This felt kinda over acted and the dialogue was quite cringey. I also don’t like how forced the start was, the starting the story at the wedding thing felt quite unnecessary.  Lots of moments in this that cringed me out too much and made it hard to watch. When the teacher puts his private messages on the screen in class I had to pause it and take a minute. Was a cute story tho, the mum stuff and their relationship was really nice, just felt kinda forced in every other aspect of the story such as the many marriages.  Lot of stuff I liked about it but it was also very cheesy and predictable. Just watched a show called normal people that this film felt kinda similar to, I love the When Harry Met Sally structure of telling a romance story.  7.6/10
