This kinda felt like moonrise kingdom but cooler and more wholesome. Taika waititi is one of my favourite directors now, his style is so cool and his films are so funny. I think New Zealanders have the funniest accent too.
Really wholesome film about a foster kid who follows around the husband of the woman who took him in who wants nothing to do with him. It was a really nice story and fun to watch.
I also liked the cinematography and editing, I loved the flash to red after the lady stabs the pig, it felt very similar to Wes Anderson but less OCD.
The main kid who plays rustle in deadpool 2 was really funny and I wanna see him in more films.
