This film was amazing. I really like Sebastian Stan, he’s really cool in interviews and I’m a massive mcu fan so I love the winter soldier, but in those films he’s really one note. The best acting I think I’ve seen from him is the Falcon and winter soldier show but I’ve never seen him in anything serious like this before and it was great, he’s a really good actor. So this film I think is near impossible to talk about without giving spoilers so spoiler warning from this point forward. I knew nothing about this going in and I recommend everyone else does the same. But yeah to sum it up I really recommend this it’s really good.  This film was very creepy, weird shit was freaking me out in real life when I was watching it like getting a call from a life insurance scammer and sounds coming from outside my flat. It felt strangely eerie the whole time even in the first 30 minutes when I was just happy to see a romance film staring Sebastian Stan. Then it got really cool and really fucked up. It kinda reminded me of the show “you” Sebastian Stan was like a cannibal version of joe Goldberg. (Does it look suspicious If I google “what does human taste like?” Obviously I’d never do that shit coz I’m not crazy but I’m curious and I don’t want to end up on some kinda list if I search it up )  The main girl was really cool, I don’t know the actress too well but apparently her name is Daisy Edgar-Jones and I love her. I’m glad her character is actually smart too, that’s how u handle a situation like that, you emotionally manipulate your captor just like he did to you to get you there in the first place. I liked Mollys character, she was the cool best friend who was extremely likeable the whole film (apart from when she got herself kidnapped after doing something a little dumb) and another character I weirdly really loved was the girl who was stuck next door to her. I liked how we didn’t see her face until the very end it made the ending even more satisfying. This film was creepy and fucked up… I wouldn’t call it scary but yeah it was definitely creepy. I really liked it, there’s not even anything I want to fault about it right now. Just an all around entertaining film with an interesting, creepy plot and incredible acting. Maybe the twist at the 30 minuite mark could have been less obvious, it could have been like baby sitter with a genre shift as a plot twist, they kinda did that and I loved it but I feel like you could definitely see it coming, I would have been shocked if he didn’t end up trying to kill her after how creepy he was at the start.  Also weirdly if having Instagram is a red flag, that kinda makes me not wanna have Instagram. I thought he was kinda cool for it before he ended up being a complete psychopath. On second thought….. maybe I’ll keep it.  8.6/10 Ok I just realised I’ve seen devil all the time and I Tonya but this is still the best I’ve ever seen Sebastian Stan.
