As I expected I loved this film. Charlie day is truly one of the best comedic actors I’ve ever seen, the protagonist doesn’t even speak throughout the whole film yet I was consistently laughing out loud the whole time.  I feel like if your a fan of Charlie you just will like this, with lots of cool always sunny actors appearing along with the horrible bosses lot and Ken Jeong as one of the main characters.  It’s such a simple yet smart idea, having a character who doesn’t talk and just goes along with everything, reacting along with us to the craziness of the situations he manages to get himself in to. It was so funny, the physical comedy is top tier and Charlie day is one of the funniest actors I’ve ever seen.  Some of the shots were really nice, in particular I liked the shots of him under water in the swimming pool, some of the shots of him running around at night or lying on a park bench, just all looked really nice. There was also a shot from the perspective of the free champagne tray walking around the party which I really liked as I think it suited the film a lot.  I saw lots of bad reviews for this, but Charlie day being my favourite actor, I was never not going to like it. Was too exited and I guess the bad reviews helped by lowering by expectations, probably made me like it more. But I was never not gonna like this Charlie is too funny and talented, always sunny is my favourite show of all time and it wouldn’t be without him in it. He brings so much to every role he is in making every single character he plays extremely likeable. New always sunny episodes out now!! And blackberry next which has a lot better reviews and I am a big fan of the director Matt Johnson so can’t wait for that.  I loved the character of latte pronto, it was like a silent film star got thrown in to modern day Hollywood. Also the fact he doesn’t speak makes him feel like the audience, just reacting to all the craziness going on around him, every now and then it would cut to him sitting somewhere really random with an uncomfortable look on his face and it never failed to make me laugh.  Charlie started taking notes for this film almost 10 years ago in 2014, I heard about it a long time ago and I never thought the day would come where I finally get to watch it. I pray Charlie day directs again and I will be here to watch it no matter how long it takes.  There’s a limit to how good a film like this can be with a protagonist who doesn’t talk, but I think it’s hilarious and I loved it, the ending is so good aswell.  8.4/10
