Film review
Clerks 1994
Directed by Kevin Smith92 minComedy
Convenience and video store clerks Dante and Randal are sharp-witted, potty-mouthed and bored out of their minds. So in between needling customers, the counter jockeys play hockey on the roof, visit a funeral home and deal with their love lives.

Such a cool film, so much passion behind it and it’s just really fun to watch. When I first started trying to watch films my uncle made me watch this after I said I don’t like black and white films. So really clerks was the film to make me change my mind about that, opening me up to so many new films, some being on my list of favourites such as 12 angry men.
The films about a couple of store clerks who go through troubles at work and in their relationships, it’s so simple yet so well done. I like Kevin smith and I respect how nerdy he is and how much he loves films. They have a debate about Star Wars in this film, everything feels so natural and it still manages to get a little deep with some emotional moments at the end.
Would definitely recommend. It’s very funny.
