So this is a film where a swimmer who doesn’t swim anymore moved to Australia to coach the boys team, but no one takes her seriously because she’s a meme.
Peyton List was good I guess, though it seemed like lots of what was wrong with her acting was partially due to bad direction. Olivia nardini I think played the ginger girl that seemed to be over doing it a little, there were no other noticeable performances, except the gullible zen guy that gave really bad advice.
“I was promised my own room”
“And we were promised rain, yet there are deserts”
I didn’t like this film, there was bad acting and editing, weird montages and a dull and predictable story. Though it was somewhat watchable which I didn’t expect, I thought I’d give up watching it after 20 minutes but I made it to the end fine. And I found some of it sorta funny or interesting a few times so it wasn’t a terrible film, just very average.
5.6/10
