I had a ticket to the midnight screening last night but I fell asleep attempting to rewatch dune part 1. Ended up waking up at 5 am and going to see this before my shift at work. I fell asleep.
I saw enough of the film to still write a review. It’s still quite long but at least shit happens in this one meaning it’s much better than the first one. I was actually enjoying it so I fought for my life to stay awake but it wasn’t happening.
The world building is really good. It’s a cool sci fi movie. I will watch it again properly. Paul was way more interesting in this film.
Zendaya was good as well, gotta really see her in this one she was barely in the last.
I really don’t have much to say, it’s exactly what you’d expect I guess, it’s dune part one except stuff actually happens in it.
7.5/10
