America: The Motion Picture 2021

I’m not American and I know nothing about American history, which is probably why I spent most of the film kind of confused as to what was going on. I am British and the brits were the villains of this film, so I kinda felt like I wasn’t the target audience as there are lots of jokes making fun of us. The animation is actually pretty good, I love all the graphic violent bloody animation, kinda like that new show invincible, it all looks really cool. One of my favourite bands, Fidlar is on the soundtrack with the song “cheap beer” so I’m happy about that. It was a fun film, kind of funny but probably not as funny as it thought it was, an American would probably like it a lot more than me as it is like the most American film ever. I also like how it doesn’t take its self seriously at all, it’s stupid but it’s stupid on purpose and those jokes were the only ones I really found funny.  5.1/10
