The Batman 2022

Second time seeing the Batman. Saw it again at the cinema before they stop showing it with my friend who hadn’t seen it yet. Once the film had finished he kinda had the same reaction I had after seeing it for the first time, he was kinda in awe of how amazing it was. Said it was one of the best cinema experiences of his life.  On a rewatch, yes it’s very long, but I don’t regret seeing it again. The fact it’s long and gritty made it harder for me to sit through and I doubt I’ll see it again for a while now, but seeing my friends reaction still made it really entertaining.  I don’t think I really noticed much that I didn’t the first time. The first time I watched it I thought it was perfect and this time I could definitely pick out a few moments that were a bit unbelievable or a bit too slow, but mostly it was just as good as the first time. Incredible acting. Batman’s leitmotif was great. Soundtrack still stuck in my head. “Something in the way” Amazing film.  My friend also hasn't seen the dark knight yet so he couldn’t make that comparison but I’m gonna try force him to watch it soon.  8.7/10 I really love that he’s a detective that’s probably one of the best parts. DC is literally called Detective comics. We needed this film.
