I personally quite like it, again it’s very simple but it’s the longest thing I’ve ever made (apart from my feature length Star Wars fan film that no one will ever see).  A lot of the bad film making choices kinda make sense because the character I’m supposed to be playing is meant to be a bad film maker so I can pretty much use that as an excuse for most things, like the bad cinematography (if you can even call it that, it’s pretty much just one shot). Though I did credit myself as the editor and the editing at the end is kinda shit. I wanted to include a whole song and the end but I ran out of footage so just played the music with a black screen.  One of the reasons I love making films is because I love watching them back over and over again, which I kinda can’t do for this as it’s very long and gets kinda boring after a couple of watches, so I wouldn’t even say it’s my favourite thing I’ve made, but it might be one of the best. (That isn’t including the star wars one)  The character of Jimmy Jackson is someone I came up with a bit ago, I’m kinda building up for a big found footage/ mockumentary type film where he kinda loses his shit and this was one of the previous films he would have made before this to make him seem like a real person. There’s a scene in this where he posts on Instagram and that’s actually a real Instagram account I made for him as I wanted to do a Blair Witch type thing where people actually think he’s a real person that lost his mind. Anyway Jimmy is kinda like a super exaggerated version of everything I hate about myself. He’s supposed to be the worst version of me, who takes shit too seriously and gets depressed over the tiniest things and never does the dishes. Improv and acting wise I quite like this film, I’ve done a lot of acting now and I’m having a lot of fun with it, being in character for hours was really fun and I enjoyed making this.  There’s a certain point in this film where there’s a loud bang and Jimmy thinks it was a bomb which was semi real coz can someone please explain to me what that loud bang was it freaked me out. I did stuff like check my door after the bang, which is something I would think about doing but not actually do, when acting in character I just made Jimmy act on every dumb little thought and that’s kinda how I play him throughout.    I like the film, I think there’s a lot that could be better but I am satisfied with the outcome considering what it was and how fast I made it. Mostly I’m glad I actually made something instead of just talking about making stuff. Hope you decide to watch this and enjoy it coz it was fun to make. Also it’s pretty cool to have a film on letterboxd, that’s kinda been a goal of mine for a while.  Also I’m sorry this was so depressing. That’s just the kind of films I make, but at least Jimmy didn’t die in this one.  6.8/10
